Directions

From Truro Follow A39 signs to Falmouth (approximately 10 miles)
Before the Falmouth bypass you will arrive at the Treluswell roundabout; follow sign to Penryn (do not go into town centre; proceed towards Penryn Bridge)
0.5 mile before bridge you will see a Texaco garage on your right - 50 yards past this turn left into Church Road (signposted Flushing & Mylor)
Go past St Gluvius Church on the right
Follow around sharp bend; The Bay View Bed & Breakfast sign will then be in view; turn sharp left up to the house.
